Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our work, we kindly ask that all purchases are reviewed carefully before ordering.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the item is found to be defective. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if sizing is incorrect. We are happy to help ensure the best possible fit.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Adjustments to custom orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Wear & Care
Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing, patina development, or natural changes over time, is expected and is not considered a defect. Proper care will help extend the life of your jewelry, but all materials will age with time and use.

Photography & Art Prints
All photography services, digital files, and art print sales are final sale and non-refundable.

Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens and lighting and are not considered defects.
